A very warm welcome to the Epsom College online enrolment package. We appreciate there are numerous forms to complete but hope you will find the process relatively easy and stress-free. Where you see your child´s name listed above, simply click on "Select" to start the process. All updates to the forms are automatically saved so you can return at any time to complete the forms.

The information provided on these forms will be processed lawfully and fairly, and held for our management and administrative purposes only.

We recommend that you have the relevant New Parent and Pupil Information to hand whilst completing these forms. You can access these below:

In order to avoid duplication we ask that one parent takes responsibility for the completion of the forms. 

All forms should be completed as soon as possible, but no later than Wednesday, 24 June.
